Food security

I need a speech about how food security is effecting human rights and how can we work together to safe our human rights ( from human rights angel)
I want the speech to be just one page not more than 2 minutes and a half.
That should be based on human rights angel and using the United nation language( declaration, resolutions,…) not the regular language please
